Austriacki malarz, grafik i emalier. Kształcił się w akademiach w Wiedniu i Monachium. Był członkiem Society of Graver-Printers in Colour w Londynie oraz austriackiego Werkbundu. Żona artysty, Sophie Noske-Sander (1884-1958), również artystka, przez krótki okres czasu w lata 1930 kierowała Vereinigung bildender Künstlerinnen Österreichs w Wiedniu.
