DESA's certified appraisers provide professional written valuations for a variety of purposes, including:
- Fine art insurance
- Estate planning and probate proceedings
- Sale of artworks
- Export of artworks
- Preparation of Object ID documentation for artwork identification
- Other professional and legal purposes

I. The fee for a written valuation is based on the appraised value of the artwork.
  Standard written valuation: 3% of the appraised value, plus VAT (minimum fee: PLN 500 + VAT).
  Export valuation: 5% of the appraised value, plus VAT (minimum fee: PLN 200 + VAT).
II. For artworks of exceptional value or where specialist research and expertise are required, valuation fees are determined individually by agreement.
III. A consultation, including a preliminary assessment and indicative market value, is available for a fee of PLN 200 + VAT.
IV. Valuations carried out at the client's premises are subject to an additional travel fee, starting from PLN 100 + VAT.
V. No valuation fee is charged for artworks accepted for sale at auction or on consignment.
